Rocksta!

For my own personal artwork, I usually stick to more abstract themes and simplified ideas, but felt the need to venture out of that a little more.

The face of Adam Lambert is an interesting one to me. His face has a natural softness to it but his performance and personality it quite sharp and edgy.

A very interesting contrast that he makes work. I would like to attempt to capture both sides in this painting although I'm looking for his performance side to prevail. Capture his rockstar/performance edge while bringing out his softer 'regular joe' appeal.
